AOP is excited to congratulate our EOP student Brandon Perez on his award of a 2022–23 (FEA) Gateway International Group Scholarship to help fund his fall semester study abroad to Rikkyo University in Japan. Perez is a history major and the fourth Geneseo student to win the award (Waderlie Mendez ’20 in 2018, Tshering Sherpa ’21 in 2019, and Tashi Sherpa '21 in 2020). Brandon is the 2nd ºÚÁÏÍø EOP student to receive a FEA Gateway International Group Scholarship.
FEA is a non-profit organization established in 2010 to provide scholarships for international experiences to students who are underrepresented among the U.S. study abroad population. It supports minority, community college, and first-generation college students before, during, and after they participate in education abroad programs.
