True Life After Stroke Support Group - Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital
All stroke survivors, their families and caregivers are invited to join our FREE monthly Stroke Support Group meetings. Our multidisciplinary Comprehensive Stroke Center Team will provide education, social and interactive activities and answer your questions. We want to support you and your loved ones on your stroke recovery journey.
Dates: 3rd Thursday of every month | 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
